Gone are the days of such approach….
I remember seeing this image/banner in one of the service stations. It made a lot sense to me at that particular time. But, now the game has changed. Companies like #Amazon #Flipkart #DHL #Pizzhut #Dominoz have been consistently meeting all the benchmarks of this image i.e. fast, good and cheap. Even big companies are insisting every single vendor to follow JIT with 0 rejection.
I firmly believe & teach all my clients, that to become future proof, you must gear up to deliver quality product at competitive price in shortest time possible. This can be achieved by a well though strategy on building framework on automation, robots, strong systems and a culture where these thoughts are percolated to the last man.
