4/7 of my blog Series on ‘Power Books to Start with’:
Leadership is a trait, that most managers/owners rarely possess. As a business leader or a team leader, one has to motivate, inspire, facilitate and empower his/her team to the optimum level for a great output.
Very few people can exhibit leadership skills at all the times. These books can bring out & nourish the leader in you.
1) START WITH WHY: A masterpiece by one of the most sought over thought leaders, ‘Simon Sinek’. Everything in this world starts with WHY. There must always be a reason to exist, a reason to work and a reason to perish. All leaders & businessmen must ask this question to self, why am I doing what I am doing?
The journey to find this answer will work wonders for all future actions. Must read for Leaders!!!

His extensive research on the mindset of the leaders of the great companies lead him to some clear conclusions. These conclusions can work as a lighthouse to direct leaders to the land of greatness. Jim is a gem of a person with a great eye on detailing.

3) LEADER WITHOUT THE TITLE: Robin Sharma brings another work on leadership. This book must be read by professionals, employees and workers, to know that one doesn’t require a leadership position to be a leader. Every beginner, fresher and amateur entrepreneur will be indebted to this book for opening eyes to a new realm of a world.
Though it flows little slow than other books, it is still worthy to be in arsenal.
